This policy explains what personal data we collect through nxtfruit.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
NxtFruit is the trading name of Nxtfruit Digital Solutions Private Limited (CIN U72900KL2020PTC065809), a company registered in India, with its office at XI-735D5, Kadavil Buildings, Kunnumpuram Civil Station Road, Kakkanad, Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala 682030, India. We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us about privacy at admin@nxtfruit.com.
What we collect
- When you send an enquiry. Your name, email address, company name (optional), project type, budget range (optional), your message, and your agreement to hear back from us.
- When you subscribe to updates. Your email address.
- When you email us. Whatever you choose to include in your message.
- When you browse the site. Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, how you arrived, device and browser type, and an approximate location. It uses cookies (see below). Our server also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser and the page requested, to keep the site secure.
The website has no accounts or sign-ups and takes no payments. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information through the forms.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and prepare a proposal.
- To send the updates you subscribed to. You can ask us to remove your address at any time by writing to us.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and filter out spam.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations if we work together.
We rely on your consent for enquiries and updates — the enquiry form asks for it, and we record your answer with your message — and you can withdraw it at any time. For analytics and security we rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, useful website. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to measure visits. They do not identify you by name. We do not set advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The site works without them.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data for us: our website host, our email delivery service (which carries form messages to our team), and Google (Analytics, and the web fonts your browser loads from Google). They may only use the data to provide their service. We may also disclose data where the law requires it. Some of these providers, including Google, may process data outside India; where they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and sign-ups are sent to our team by email; the website itself does not keep a copy. We keep enquiry emails for as long as we are in conversation and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case project records are kept for as long as the law requires. Newsletter addresses are kept until you ask us to remove them. Google Analytics data is kept for Google’s standard retention period of 14 months.
How we protect it
The site is served only over HTTPS, forms are protected against automated abuse, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete or erase it, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom you also have the rights given by the GDPR, including the right to object and to data portability, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email admin@nxtfruit.com. We will reply within 30 days.
Grievances
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact our grievance officer at admin@nxtfruit.com or by post at Nxtfruit Digital Solutions Private Limited, XI-735D5, Kadavil Buildings, Kunnumpuram Civil Station Road, Kakkanad, Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala 682030, India. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
